5 minute muesli
Organic living – healthy eating recipes
1/4 cup buckwheat groats
1/4 cup coconut flakes
1/4 cup spelt flakes (or gluten-free porridge oats)
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup sultanas
1 tbls chia seeds
1 tbls goji berries
1/4 cup chopped up brazil nuts / pecan nuts1/4 cup hemp seeds
1. Place all the ingredients into a mixing bowl
2. Mix thoroughly and serve with fresh fruit and almond milk.
3. Best stored in the refrigerator.
