Blueberry Breakfast Smoothie

I love this breakfast smoothie packed with Vitamin C for a strong immune system and healthy skin
(skin being the largest organ of the body for breathing)
Ingredients for 1 breakfast serving:
1/2 cup blueberries
2 tbls nut butter (I like to use almond butter)
1 tbls chia seeds
1/2 tbls hemp seeds or 1tbls hemp powder
1/2 avokado
1 cup cold plant based milk
Mix everything in your Nutribullet or Vitamix and enjoy immediately!
