Green Breakfast Smoothie Bowl

I love this recipe because you can play with the toppings to suit your taste, the season and your mood…
Ingredients for 2 bowls:
1/2 avocado
1/4 fennel
1/2 handful of spinach or kale
4cm fresh ginger
1 apple OR 1 banana
1/2 cup frozen mango
1 tblsp chia seeds
1 cup plant based milk or cold filtered water
What to do:
If you have a juicer, begin with running the fennel, ginger & apple through it and then blend the juice with the rest of the ingredients.
If you have a fairly strong blender (egVitamix), simply put all the ingredients in the mixer and blend until smooth – can take a few minutes.
Pour in to your breakfast bowls and top with what every you feel for….
I love seeds, nuts or my homemade granola with some fresh berries when in season!
