So I am doing a juicing day which involves four beautiful juices and a well balanced vegan meal at the end of the day. For a while now, I have experienced feeling just a little bit queasy in the morning. (Not pregnant!)
I have tried out my different breakfast bowls all of which are made from natural ingredients and mixed by my own hands. Have also tested numerous different tea combinations but I still just feel a little bit “ooohhh” until late morning. As I wrote in my previous blog I often wake up in the morning with varying degrees of anxiety, so it could be related to that too. Anyway… today, I woke with the birds singing (window still open at night) and after giving Freja her breakfast I made a cup of tea and sat on the porch just breathing in the spring air. I know! A privilege to start the day this way… then I rolled out my yoga mat and did a beautiful morning routine with Yogawithadrienne before enjoying my first juice of the day: Spinach, fennel, apple, cucumber & mint. Lots of green with vitamins and antioxidants to relieve the body of toxins and at the same time balance my gut. Fennel releases “feel good” enforphines which is a great way to reduce anxiety.
Am now sitting in front of the computer feeling refreshed and my tummy feels really good! My next juice is a dynamite health & energy boost of beetroot, spinach, carrot, apple, lemon and ginger. Beetroot is full of minerals that help fight infection as well as enhance the uptake of oxygen in the blood, liver and immune system. This will hopefully help my prepare for an afternoon of giving massage treatments. WOW, I love my job! Will take my third juice with me to have in my break: carrots, apples, lemon and turmeric. Lots of vitamin A in the carrots that will support the immune system, vision and age preventative! Turmeric is well known for its healing of the immune system together with lots of anti oxidants from the lemon vitamin C source.
Am feeling excited just thinking about it.
I have a classic juice machine which does a great job juicing, but in order to get the maximum nutrition and `organicness` in to my mind and body today I actually bought these juices from Happymkitchen. If this works well for the tummy anxiety I will look into some Slow juicers so I can start every day this way!
My fourth juice is pretty hard core: Celery, broccoli, cucumber, parsley, ginger, lemon and kale! Anti inflammatory, digestive balance and efficient transportation of oxygen in the blood. Plenty of calcium in the kale to support the skeleton with extra Omega 3 to also reduce inflammation in the body.
Am feeling so healthy just by writing about it!
Then I have a lovely vegan meal to look forward to at the end of the day….. will finish the blog later on when I have completed my day of Combined Clarity! What do you do for Clarity?

So… it is the DAY AFTER MY JUICE CLEANSE…. and my stomach feels fantastic! I was very very hungry around 3pm but after my CARROT juice my whole system came alive and got a real surge of energy again. So much energy, I took Freja for a swim in the sea and did an extra hour of health testing in front of my computer!
When it came to my vegan dinner of kelp noodles, tofu and peanut dressing I really tasted every mouthful and felt my body saying THANK YOU! I am quite tempted to do a Combo Clarity one day a week or maybe just start each day with a cold pressed juice.
