Spring Vegan Breakfast Smoothie

- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 ripe banana, sliced
- 1 cup frozen fruit medley (favorite: strawberry, raspberry, blackberry, mango)
- 1 tablespoon virgin coconut oil
- 1-2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
What to do:
Put all the ingredients into a Mixer and whiz it up to the consistency you enjoy – add more of less almond to suit you wishes!
Pour into 2 classes and top with fresh fruit – Share with your buddy or save one till tomorrow’s breakfast glory!
