SUMMER BEETROOT HUMMUS
40g sunflower seeds
2tbls rapseed oil
250g cooked beetroots
1 cup chickpeas
1 garlic wedge
1/2 lemon juice
1/2 tsp mineral salt
Summer beetroot hummus served on sour dough bread and topped with roasted chickpeas!
